Dr. Hector E. Morales is certified by the American Board of Surgery with additional certification in Advanced Vascular Technology.
Having received his vascular training in the United States and Europe, Dr. Morales is a member of ten medical associations, including the American College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeons.
With several decades of experience treating varicose and spider veins, he can offer the best choices of treatment for each patient with the latest technology.
Dr. Morales has served many prominent positions in our medical community and provides volunteer medical services in Austin as well as in Latin America.

Carol Parker
Carol Parker is Devenir's senior laser therapist. She specializes in laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation using intense pulsed light & laser technologies. Carol is also qualified in Thermage®, ActiveFX® and DeepFX®. Carol has been working in the field for 17 years and has been with Devenir since it's inception in March 2000. She is licensed with the State Board of Cosmetology and carries certifications in laser & IPL technology from schools across the country.
Alissa A. SaenzAlissa Saenz has been with Devenir Aesthetics since 2004.
She is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and Laser Therapist and holds certifications in Botox®, Juvederm™, Restylane®, Radiesse™, Thermage®, IPL Fotofacials™, ActiveFX® & DeepFX®, and laser treatments. Alissa offers the latest state of the art technology and procedures for all your skin care needs.
Jennifer Raymond
Jennifer is Devenir’s bilingual Medical Assistant and has been here since January of 2008. She received a BA in Biology from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2006. Jennifer went on to further her education at Allied Health Center and graduated in December of 2007.

Devenir's Office Manager is Wendy Juarez. Wendy comes to us with over 15 years experience in the dermatology / cosmetic field. Wendy will be happy to help any patients with insurance issues, administrative questions and any general concerns about the office.
